At SKA.Nails Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and education. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking a course.

Course Bookings

When you book a course with SKA.Nails Academy, your place is reserved specifically for you. Due to limited class sizes and preparation costs, all course bookings are subject to the following refund policy.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A deposit secures your place on the chosen course date.
Deposits cannot be exchanged for alternative services or products.

Full Payments

Course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If you are unable to attend your course, please contact us as soon as possible.

Course Transfers

Requests to transfer to another course date may be considered at the discretion of SKA.Nails Academy.
A minimum of 14 days' notice is required prior to the course date.
Only one transfer request may be permitted per booking.
Additional administration fees may apply.

Failure to Attend

Students who fail to attend a course without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund, transfer, or credit.
Failure to arrive on time may result in missed training content, for which compensation or refunds will not be provided.

Cancellation by SKA.Nails Academy

In the unlikely event that SKA.Nails Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

Students will be offered an alternative training date.
If an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, a full refund of the course fee paid will be issued.
SKA.Nails Academy is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of earnings, or any other associated expenses.

Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable guides, e-books, templates, and online resources:

All digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests relating to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Approval of refunds, transfers, or credits remains at the sole discretion of SKA.Nails Academy.
