Terms & Conditions

1. Course Bookings

• All course bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is only confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received.

• Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.

2. Payments

• Full payment must be made prior to the course start date unless an agreed payment plan is in place.

• All course fees are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative services.

• Payment plans, where offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Course fees are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you must notify SKA.Nails Academy as soon as possible.

• Course transfers may be considered at the discretion of the academy and may incur an administration fee.

• Failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in the loss of all fees paid.

4. Rescheduling by the Academy

• SKA.Nails Academy reserves the right to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or insufficient bookings.

• In such cases, students will be offered an alternative training date.

• The academy will not be liable for travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses incurred.

5. Student Requirements

• Students must arrive on time for training.

• Respectful behaviour towards educators and fellow students is expected at all times.

• Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

• Students must follow all health and safety procedures during training.

6. Models

• Some courses may require students to provide a model.

• If a model is required, students will be informed before the training date.

• Models must arrive on time and meet any course requirements provided.

7. Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course.

• Students must attend the full course and demonstrate satisfactory participation to receive certification.

• Certification does not guarantee employment or business success.

8. Photography & Marketing

• Photographs and videos may be taken during training for educational and marketing purposes.

• By attending a course, you consent to the use of these images unless you notify us in writing before the course begins.

9. Liability

• Students participate in practical training at their own risk.

• SKA.Nails Academy accepts no responsibility for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during training.

• The academy is not responsible for any indirect losses resulting from course attendance or cancellation.

10. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, manuals, presentations, videos, and educational content remain the intellectual property of SKA.Nails Academy.

• Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

11. Health & Safety

• Students must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect participation in practical training.

• The academy reserves the right to refuse practical participation where health and safety may be compromised.
