Cancellation Policy

When you book a course with SKA.Nails Academy, your place is reserved specifically for you. Due to limited class sizes and preparation costs, all course bookings are subject to the following refund policy. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit secures your place on the chosen course date. Deposits cannot be exchanged for alternative services or products. Full Payments: Course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. If you are unable to attend your course, please contact us as soon as possible. Course Transfers: Requests to transfer to another course date may be considered at the discretion of SKA.Nails Academy. A minimum of 14 days' notice is required prior to the course date. Only one transfer request may be permitted per booking
